Lauren is an experienced civil defense litigator who concentrates her practice in all areas of commercial transportation, premises liability, product liability, animal liability and condominium law. She represents both businesses and individuals in cases involving catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. In addition to defending transportation industry clients in personal injury litigation, Lauren performs risk assessments and advises her clients on best practices, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
Lauren is a member of Litchfield Cavo’s rapid response team. She provides clients with same-day rapid response to catastrophic loss and works with investigators and qualified experts following catastrophic events. Lauren has proved invaluable in reducing exposure, obtaining early claim resolution when warranted and avoiding spoliation claims.
Lauren has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict and has conducted multiple arbitrations in her career. She has achieved success in the courtroom, and positive resolutions of cases through mediation, arbitration, settlement negotiations and dispositive motion practice.
