Chad is a litigator in Litchfield Cavo LLP’s Kansas City office. He practices in the areas of insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage and general civil litigation, including wrongful death. Chad represents a range of clients, such as insurance companies, businesses and individual business owners involved in litigation disputes. He utilizes a professional, client-centered approach, providing attentive service throughout all phases of litigation while remaining focused on delivering a favorable resolution for each client’s matter in Missouri and Kansas state courts.
Chad previously served as a judicial law clerk in the 16th Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri. During this time, he developed an interest in insurance litigation and summary judgment advocacy. Chad is also skilled in oral advocacy, negotiations and legal writing.
