Charles is a practicing attorney in Litchfield Cavo LLP’s Dallas-Fort Worth office. He concentrates on commercial litigation with emphasis on products liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, trucking and contract disputes.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo, Charles handled matters for both personal injury and banking/financial firms. During his first year as an attorney in Texas, Charles settled dozens of personal injury and breach of contract cases. He also took and defended several depositions, gained first and second chair experience in jury trials and appeared in more than 50 counties to argue various matters throughout each step of the litigation process.
