Michelle focuses her practice on general liability, insurance coverage and workers’ compensation matters. Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Michelle represented financial institutions in foreclosure and eviction actions at a law firm with locations nationwide. She concentrated her practice on foreclosure mediations and eviction trials in Connecticut state courts. Michelle has represented insurance companies in personal injury cases, and counseled spouses through high conflict divorce mediation.
Michelle began her legal career as a temporary assistant clerk in Rockville Superior Court, where she clerked for habeas corpus judges. While earning her law degree at Ave Maria School of Law, she was a member of the Women’s Law Association and also was senior editor of the International Law Journal.
