Alexandra defends corporations and businesses in complex commercial litigation, including insurance defense, contract disputes, antitrust and employment disputes. She has experience advising clients through public acquisitions, consumer compliance and healthcare issues as in-house counsel.
Alexandra has conducted independent investigations of systemic gender discrimination, harassment and assault, and drafted recommendations to mitigate corporate liability. She has also counseled clients to manage risk and mitigate claims from current or former employees by providing corporate policy and procedures review, drafting employee handbooks, and advising on employee terminations and layoffs.
