Joseph concentrates his legal practice in the areas of general liability and construction liability. He has experience managing all phases of the litigation process including motion practice, court appearances and discovery.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Joseph was a prosecutor in the Bronx District Attorney’s Office where he represented the County in criminal matters. While earning his law degree at Syracuse University College of Law, Joseph served as an executive editor for the Syracuse Journal of Science and Technology Law. He also participated in the school’s Criminal Defense Clinic.
