Andrew handles a variety of commercial complex litigation, primarily matters involving construction defects and construction liability. He has experience representing construction managers, developers, contractors, architects and engineers in both state and federal courts, and leads clients through the litigation process including all aspects of discovery, pre-trial matters and alternative dispute resolution with favorable results.
Andrew’s representative experience ranges from large, nationwide construction companies and developers to boutique architectural firms. He has counseled clients throughout the course of projects such as bridges and stadium developments to the redevelopment of existing structures for commercial and residential purposes.
