Araba represents a diverse array of clients, including insurance companies, subcontractors, construction developers and casinos in Nevada state courts. Her representative experience includes approximately 100 personal injury cases, including multiple that were handled in Clark County, Nevada. Araba has successfully obtained defense verdicts for commercial and private property premises liability actions, as well as motor vehicle accident cases. Her experience extends from construction defect disputes and contractual liability matters to handling uninsured/under-insured motorist claims.
Araba earned her law degree from Loyola College of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana. Her determination was evident when she faced the challenges of Hurricane Katrina, which led her to complete one semester of law school at Penn State Dickinson Law, and returned to New Orleans to obtain her Juris Doctorate degree in 2008.
