Jonathan Blake Mansker

Jonathan “Blake” Mansker defends carrier clients in workers’ compensation claims and general liability matters. He has experience handling all aspects of the litigation process, from pleadings and motion practice to discovery and depositions, as well as assisting with trial preparation.

Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Blake gained invaluable litigation experience practicing at a civil litigation firm in Palm Beach County, Florida. During this time, he managed a caseload of 20 personal injury matters at a time. Blake’s responsibilities included initial file review, records review, discovery, expert retention, mediation and trial report preparation.

While pursuing his Juris Doctor, Blake participated in the University of Florida Levin College of Law’s Alternative Spring Break Program in conjunction with Jacksonville Area Legal Aid where he provided legal services to indigent clients under the direction of a leading attorney. His responsibilities included drafting wills and advance directives.
