Daniel J. Lomba

Daniel gained his litigation experience while practicing law at a national insurance defense firm in southeast Florida. His experience includes handling cases from inception to settlement, including multi-million dollar settlements, and propelling matters through case filings, motion practice, depositions and oral arguments. Daniel has experience in the areas medical malpractice, automobile negligence, premises liability and negligent security. His representative experience includes insurance companies, apartment complex management companies and national security companies.

While earning his law degree at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, Daniel clerked for multiple law firms and gained experience in transactional matters, real estate, intellectual property and civil litigation. During this time, he began his own sports management agency and negotiated contracts on behalf of athletes at the professional level.
