Nicole focuses her practice on general liability, motor vehicle negligence, products and premises liability cases. She has extensive experience handling commercial litigation and personal injury litigation as well as criminal law. Nicole practice includes all phases of the litigation process including drafting pleadings, dispositive motions and written discovery. She also argues dispositive motions, conducts and defends depositions, and negotiates and obtains settlements at mediation.
Nicole’s representative clients include shopping centers and malls, large grocery retailers and gas stations in negligence cases. Her representative matters includes defending a large national financial institution against claims of consumer/small business bank fraud, as well as their premise liability cases.
Nicole previously was an assistant state attorney in Broward County for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida. During this time, she prosecuted criminal cases through trial.
