John A. Colby

John focuses his practice on litigating construction liability, premises liability, labor law, products liability and general liability matters. He handles all aspects of the litigation process from pleadings, discovery and depositions to arbitration, mediation and settlement.

Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, John was a litigation attorney in New York City where he defended clients against construction, premises, products and motor vehicle liability claims. He also gained experience prosecuting securities cases on behalf of aggrieved investors.
