Pat handles a wide variety of civil rights matters, with an emphasis on Title VII and Section 1983 cases. His practice includes transportation and premises liability cases as well as executive, professional and employer liability defense, construction law, professional malpractice, administrative review, land use and appellate matters. Pat routinely tries cases in both the state and federal courts and has appeared before the Illinois Department of Human Rights and Chicago Commission on Human Relations.
