West Virginia Partner Receives Litigation Management Professional Certification

J. Philip Fraley, partner in Litchfield Cavo LLPs Barboursville, West Virginia office, earned Litigation Management Institute’s designation of Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP) offered through Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM).

Litigation Management Institute’s CLMP program is designed for attorneys and those in the litigation management field to provide a comprehensive understanding of the business aspects of litigation management. CLM is an inclusive, collaborative organization that promotes and furthers the highest standards of claims and litigation management and brings together the thought leaders in both industries.

Phil is licensed to practice in West Virginia and Kentucky. His practice comprises defense work in the areas of personal injury, product liability, toxic tort, insurance coverage and workers’ compensation. Phil previously worked as a crime scene technician, patrol officer and a Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) instructor while serving as a police officer for the City of Beckley, West Virginia.
