Litchfield Cavo LLP partner Edward A. Smallwood will co-present “Ethics: The 1st Inning” during the Perrin Conference “Cutting-Edge Issues In Asbestos Litigation Conference” being held at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel on March 17, 2020.

During the Perrin Conference the presenters will focus the discussion on handling issues with jury selection and motions in limine. In addition to the advanced content offered at sessions, the conference provides attorneys an opportunity to network among industry leaders with interests in asbestos litigation, including in-house counsel, insurance professionals, consultants and legal experts.

Ed is a partner in the Firm and practices from both the Pittsburgh and Barboursville offices. He focuses his practice in toxic tort matters, products and premises liability, and trucking liability. He is a frequent speaker at conferences that address toxic tort, utility and mass litigation. He is currently national coordinating counsel for multiple product manufacturers in asbestos litigation.
