Phoenix Attorney to Speak at Best of the West Reining Classic

Phoenix attorney Jordan A. Willette will speak at the 2019 Best of the West Reining Classic, Futurity, Derby, and Southwest Affiliate Regional Championships on October 4, 2019, at WestWorld’s Equidome in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Jordan’s presentation, “How to Keep from Sliding Into Liability: Equine Liability Statutes for Reiners,” will focus on the legal side of sport horse participation and ownership. She will provide show-goers a unique opportunity to learn more about equine industry claims and how to minimize liability through contracts and insurance.
