New Jersey Office Welcomes Carol R. Cobb to Partnership

Litchfield Cavo LLP is pleased to welcome Carol R. Cobb as partner in the Firm’s New Jersey office.

Carol brings more than 25 years of experience in both the state and federal trial courts and has successfully argued appeals before the United States District Court of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals Third Circuit.

Carol has extensive experience representing mortgage lenders, banks and financial institutions including lender contract disputes and complex subrogation issues. Carol also has experience in environmental law, educational law and general litigation, and previously represented municipalities and police departments in employment and discrimination disputes as well as civil litigation.

Carol will continue as an Adjunct Professor at the Rowan College at Burlington County where she teaches Real Property to students in their Paralegal Studies program.
