Massachusetts Partner to be Panelist at Boston Bar Association Event

Boston-area Partner Gayatri R. Deodhar will be on the Boston Bar Association Business and Commercial Litigation Section’s panel for their session, “Navigation the Nuances of Depositions,” being held in Boston, Massachusetts on Thursday, February 1, 2024

During the Boston Bar Association session, Gayatri and fellow panelists will discuss topics related to the deposition process, including how to successfully conduct and defend depositions, navigating conversational nuances, avoiding issues involving civility and proper etiquette for online depositions.

Gayatri advises clients in civil litigation matters including construction, premises liability, personal injury and products liability cases, and against employment and professional liability claims. She has defended clients against claims of harassment, interference, tortious misconduct, negligence, breach of the warranty of habitability, breach of the covenant of quiet enjoyment and breach of contract.
