Litchfield Cavo Elects Nine New Partners for 2024

Litchfield Cavo LLP, a premier coverage and litigation defense law firm, is pleased to announce the partnership elections of the following nine attorneys effective January 1, 2024: Laurie L. Christensen, Gayatri R. Deodhar, Natalie J. Eschbach, Bradley E. Faber, Jennifer R. Grillo, Phillip G. Litchfield, Amy K. Pohl, Scott R. Sinson and Nicholas O. Zotti.

Our Chicago, IL office boasts four newly elected partners. Natalie J. Eschbach is a trial attorney and focuses on product liability litigation, and professional and medical malpractice matters. She defends clients in complex litigation involving automotive, trucking, construction, premises liability, and catastrophic personal injury claims. Natalie litigates cases in state and federal courts across the country, has tried numerous cases to verdict, and maintains an active appellate practice. Bradley E. Faber represents clients across the country in civil litigation before state and federal courts, in arbitrations and before federal and state agencies. He has extensive experience representing and advising clients on labor and employment matters as well as in defending financial services disputes and claims involving personal and catastrophic injury. Phillip G. Litchfield focuses his defense litigation practice on personal injury, construction negligence, construction defect and wrongful death claims. His experience includes executive and corporate defense, professional liability and medical malpractice, and representative clients include insureds, contractors and tradesmen, as well as manufacturers and distributors. Phil litigates throughout Illinois, Indiana and Michigan. Scott R. Sinson handles commercial litigation including financial institutions and defending financial service providers against consumer class actions. He also defends products liability, toxic tort, construction liability and motor vehicle cases on behalf of clients. Scott counsels domestic and foreign corporate clients in cases involving catastrophic injuries and death, and has tried more than 100 cases to verdict, including more than 30 jury trials.

Practicing from our Mandeville, LA office, Nicholas O. Zotti handles commercial and civil defense litigation cases. His experience includes commercial contracts and contract disputes, premises casualty and property issues, high-value trucking and motor vehicle matters. Nick defends credit unions against class actions and statutory liability cases. He has trial, meditation and arbitration experience, and defends clients in Louisiana, Montana and Washington state courts, as well as Louisiana and Montana federal courts.

In our Lynnfield, MA office Gayatri R. Deodhar defends clients in civil litigation matters including construction, premises liability, personal injury and products liability cases, and against employment and professional liability claims. She has prevailed in court for clients against claims of harassment, interference, tortious misconduct, negligence, breach of the warranty of habitability, breach of the covenant of quiet enjoyment, and breach of contract.

Amy K. Pohl represents clients from our Pittsburgh, PA office against toxic tort claims and in product liability, general liability, and contract matters. Her practice includes arguing and handling complex legal issues and discovery challenges, including multi-dimensional discovery, and she has extensive experience with motions practice, taking and defending depositions, alternative dispute resolution and appellate matters.

Our Providence, RI office includes Laurie L. Christensen who concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial general liability, product defect, personal injury and toxic tort litigation. Her clients include insurance companies, insureds and self-insured corporations. Laurie represents clients in alternative dispute resolution, handles appeals in the Rhode Island Supreme Court, defends clients in Superior Courts and District Courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and also in the Rhode Island Commission for Human Rights.

Jennifer R. Grillo is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer practicing from our Houston, TX office. Her practice includes construction defect, premises liability claims, and personal injuries involving traumatic brain injury and wrongful death. Jennifer has a depth of experience handling health care liability cases and representing medical professionals, hospitals and mental health institutions. She handles litigation from claim investigation to mediation and/or trial and appeal.
