Representative Experience

  • Prevailed for a nonprofit association client against claims of injuries and damages in a case involving a non-fatal drowning incident; our motion citing Exception of Lack of Personal Jurisdiction was sustained and our client was dismissed.
  • Obtained dismissal for Mississippi auto dealership client following Plaintiff’s claim alleging the flawed airbag and accelerator defects of their purchased vehicle contributed to a rear-end crash; the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed our Motion to Dismiss filed with the District Court for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction, dismissing the suit entirely based on jurisdictional grounds.
