Georgia Partner Steven Ginsburg to Speak at Mortgage Bankers Association Conference

Litchfield Cavo LLP partner Steven D. Ginsburg will co-present at at the Mortgage Bankers Association Regulatory Compliance Conference 2019 on September 22-24, 2019, in Washington, DC. The conference provides mortgage compliance professionals an opportunity to learn more about regulatory challenges and also meet with policymakers and other industry leaders.

Steve will be co-presenting with Ben Giumarra, Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at Embrace Home Loans, Inc. Their presentation, “State Litigation Trends,” will cover recent updates at the state level, addressing specifics in many key states.

Steve is an experienced defense attorney and has managed and developed teams in financial services matters involving state and federal Consumer Protection laws and regulations, and is also a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). The MBA represents and serves its members by providing a comprehensive array of capabilities and tools that enable members to successfully deliver fair, sustainable and responsible real estate financing within ever-changing business environments.
