For her legal practice, Kathleen draws on her more than 25 years’ experience in complex commercial litigation involving employment, commercial and residential construction, mass toxic tort and environmental matters. Her practice also includes consumer fraud, premises liability, and commercial and personal automobile claims. A substantial part Kathleen’s practice includes the defense of employers, malls, restaurants, retail establishments and manufacturing entities with a world-wide presence. She has engaged in a multi-state civil litigation practice with an emphasis on defending all types of claims from initial filing to trial and appeal.
Kathleen is national counsel for a top manufacturing company with a presence in the US and internationally and she has experience with international treaties in relation to her defense of multinational corporations. Kathleen has been involved in several high profile matters ranging from fatalities to defending against a religious discrimination claim which was monitored by national and international groups.
Kathleen is a lecturer on various subjects including computer use and technology in the workplace, compliance solutions and employment law, and has instructed on Law and the Internet, Business Law, Civil Procedure and Contracts.
Kathleen is the former managing partner of 14 years for the New Jersey office. She is a current member of Litchfield Cavo LLP’s Executive Committee and the Firm’s COVID-19 Resource Team.
