He represents commercial clients in litigation and provides guidance in corporate structure/formation, contract disputes, arbitration/mediation, real estate/home owners associations, director and officer defense, copyright/trademark and cyber liability.

Jason is recognized among his clients and in the legal community as a frequent lecturer on a wide array of litigation-related legal topics and emerging legal trends.
