Jacqueline focuses her practice on defending personal injury actions and claims that are brought against companies and individuals. This includes a focus on defending claims against medical professionals. Jacqueline has represented nursing homes, hospitals, doctors in a variety of specialties, dentists, nurses and physical therapists in malpractice lawsuits and in administrative proceedings with the Department of Public Health. Jacqueline also has extensive experience in defending actions involving premises liability claims and automobile accidents.
Additionally, Jacqueline’s practice includes defending employers and companies against actions alleging discrimination brought by individuals in the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities.
Jacqueline is a current member of Litchfield Cavo LLP’s COVID-19 Resource Team.
